By accessing or using PDF Chaska (pdfchaska.com) and DocuParse Pro, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. User Document Ownership & Responsibility

You retain 100% intellectual property rights and full ownership of all files and content that you upload, transform, or convert through our service.

  • Authorization: You represent and warrant that you possess all necessary legal rights, permissions, or authorizations to process, decrypt, unlock, or convert the documents you submit.
  • No Responsibility for Data: We do not claim ownership, review contents, or accept liability for documents submitted by users.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to misuse our services. You shall NOT:

  • Attempt to disrupt, flood, DDoS, or overwhelm our server infrastructure through automated bots, scrapers, or excessive bulk payloads exceeding normal usage limits.
  • Upload files containing malicious software, viruses, trojans, ransomware, or harmful executable scripts.
  • Use our password removal or utility tools to circumvent copyright protection or unauthorized security access on intellectual property that you do not own or have permission to access.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties ("As-Is")

Our services are provided on an "AS-IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While we strive for 100% precision in OCR and PDF layout parsing, we do not guarantee that file transformations will be error-free, uninterrupted, or perfectly accurate for all non-standard document formats.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall PDF Chaska, its creators, or hosting partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of data, profits, or business interruption) arising out of or related to your use of our service.

6. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or tool at any time without prior notice. We may update these Terms of Service periodically, and your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
